1. When there’s empty station on the turret, the material may clasp the empty station’s inner wall.
2. When there’s empty station on the turret, the waste may follow into the die holder which will cause damage on the die holder.
3. Suggest to put the rolling die into the empty station so as to avoid above problems. The price is same with the same station shape die.
 
 
A/B/C station brush die
 
1. In order to prevent scratch on the obverse of the stamping parts, can put brush die into the unused station.
2. The brush on the brush die is higher than the stamping die surface, this can jack the material and reduce material’s scratch.
3. When forming down, to equip a brush die beside the stamping die will prevent garland or scratch.
4. To equip the brush die into the empty station will prevent waste or dust into die holder and damage the die holder.
5. The brush die has a similiar price with the same station round die. With low cost but high ecnomic benefits.
